Important Shipping Notice – U.S. Customers
Due to ongoing changes in U.S. tariffs and import regulations, please contact us with your order details after placing your order so we can confirm any applicable charges.
Canada Post requires certain tariffs and import duties to be paid before shipments can be processed. Any applicable charges must be paid by the customer prior to shipping.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we navigate these changing regulations.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
At Quilters Nine Patch, we strive to process all orders within 24 hours of being placed.
Once shipped, standard delivery through Canada Post typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of shipment, please contact us at quiltersninepatch@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
