HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Canadian customers we offer free shipping if your purchase is over $100.00 CAD before taxes. 

United States customers we offer free shipping if your purchase is over $150.00 CAD before taxes. with new tariff laws changing daily please contact us with your order information.  Canada Post does require a paid tariff on our end prior to shipping goods.  We will require this payment to be made by the customer prior to shipment, sorry for this inconvienance!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Quilters Nine Patch processes orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Standard shipping is between 2-3 days with Canada Post. If you have not received your order within 7 days contact us by email at quiltersninepatch@gmail.com

Shipping is automatically calculated by Shopify Shipping service. Total shipping costs are calculated at check out.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? 

We currently only provide shipping within Canada and the United States.
